I’m going to admit something right now that a lot of people would be ashamed to admit…
I’m materialistic. I like things. I love being given presents, clothes, house-hold objects, things that will make me happy. I also love giving people gifts, and I love the look on the persons face when you give them something they really wanted.
Now, this post may need some clarification. I’m not saying I need these things, I’m not saying I want anyone to buy me these things, this is merely a wish-list. Things that I wish I owned. Everyone has a wish-list, everyone has things they’d love, and that’s okay, that’s human. So after days of spending £1000s of pounds on myself (sorry not sorry) here’s my 2017 Christmas wish-list!
These Public Desire Robbi boots are a dream. At £39.99 they’re one of the cheapest item on my dream wish-list, but they’re probably my favourite. I’ve loved Public Desire for my boots for the majority of 2017. They’re comfortable, they’re not expensive and they even fit my wide feet! These beauties are definitely something I may, or may not have to invest in in 2018.
I’ve loved Jo Malone for the longest time, but the price is way out of my league, this specific cologne retails at £90 which makes my frugal side squeal. The Jo Malone Grapefruit Cologne is one of my favourites. I love perfume, I love smelling sweet and this cologne does all of the above. I know it’s expensive and I know there’s others on the market, but my grandmother once told me that sometimes, the things we love don’t cost pennies, they cost pounds, and I love this cologne.
Cluse has been one of those brands that I’ve seen on social media for a long ass time, and whenever I see them I get a little envious (sorry.) This Cluse watch retails for £80 but I can’t help but love it. I first fell in love with Cluse because of Negin Mirsalehi, and if you don’t know her, she’s a model, entrepreneur and a vlogger. She makes everything she wears look impeccable and I can’t help but envy her style. But when I saw her styling her Cluse watches I knew I wanted one. Sometimes a girl just can’t help herself…
Now we get to talk about my most wanted item of 2017. The Morphe x Jaclyn Hill eyeshadow palette retails at £37, officially the cheapest item on my wish-list. I love Morphe shadows, I think they’re affordable and very pigmented and as a novice make up person I think they’re easy to work with. I love the shades in this palette and I’ve seen it so much on social media I’ve decided I need it in my life. I had to refrain from putting so many eyeshadow palettes on this wishlist, because honestly, I’m an eyeshadow hoarder, but here are some honourable mentions!
- Juvia’s Place, The Saharan Palatte – £30
- Storybook Cosmetics, Wizardry and Witchcraft – £45
- Urban Decay, Naked Heat – £39.50
Honestly, I could go on and on about eyeshadow palettes, but I won’t! Not today anyway… So what about you guys? What’s on your dream wishlist? Now excuse me while I tell my loved ones about todays blog post…
